🔹 No Returns on Personalized Items.

All personalized products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

🔹 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After review, an eligible replacement will be arranged.

To process your request, please provide:
    •    Clear photos of the product showing the issue
    •    Package opening video (mandatory)
    •    Order number and brief description of the problem

These details help us assess the issue and ensure a smooth resolution.

🔹 Replacement Shipping

If a replacement is approved due to a defect or damage, replacement shipping will be covered by us.
Replacement processing time is 5–8 business days.

🔹 Changes or Cancellations

Once an order for a personalized product is placed, changes or cancellations are not accepted.
